Cinnamon – a sacred gift from Vietnamese soil, a source of national pride on the global map of medicinal herbs.
Every year during the lunar months of February and September, when heaven and earth shift seasons, farmers quietly head into the forests to harvest thick, spicy, and warmly fragrant cinnamon bark.
It takes 2 years to root, 7 years to rise, and 6 more years to absorb the essence of the land and sky for a cinnamon tree to truly mature. Once harvested, the fresh bark is molded into cups using wooden frames, sun-dried for 30 days, and then hand-polished for 12 hours.
